Collection and use of personal data
Personal data is information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.
A visitor may be asked to enter personal data to register on the Website or to receive feedback. After registering on the Site or after filling out the feedback form posted on the Site, it is considered that the visitor has agreed to the processing of their personal and contact information by the Site Administration.
The Site Administration may store information about the connection, traffic, date and time of the visitor's work on the Site. The personal data of visitors is used to ensure the exchange of information, relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", "On Information", "On Advertising", "On Telecommunications", "On Entrepreneurship", "On Information Protection in Information and Telecommunication Systems".
Personal data of visitors can be stored for 3 (three) years.
The Site records the domain name or IP address of the visitor's computer, date of access, files (file name and URL), HTTP response code and the website from which the visitor came to the Site, the number of bytes transferred during the session. The Website uses cookies to support security functions and their operation. Cookies also allow you to track violations of the privacy policy and the terms of use of the Website by visitors/their devices.
The Google Analytics system collects statistics on visits to the Site, such as pages visited, number of page views, information downloaded, domains of Internet providers and countries of origin of visitors, as well as addresses of websites visited before and after the Site, etc.
None of these actions is associated with the visitor personally and is measured only in the aggregate.
Automatic collection and use of information
The following information is automatically collected and stored:
- Domain name, IP address used to access the Site
- Browser type and operating system
- Date and time of visit to the Site
- Pages viewed; if you have followed a link from another site, the address of that site
Information about the traffic passing through the network, e-mail, and the visitor's activity on the Internet on the Site is protected by law.
This means that the Website Administration cannot interfere with the secrecy of telecommunications. We have the right to provide any personal information of the Website visitors at the request of law enforcement agencies, by court order/decision or other legal procedures, or at any other legitimate request in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
We shall not be liable for any lost profits, loss of data, or any other losses incurred by the visitors of the Website, if any, while using the Website.
The Website visitor uses the Website at their own risk. Neither the Site Administration nor any other party involved in the creation, production or maintenance of the Site shall be liable for direct, indirect or incidental damage that has ever been caused and that was caused by the fact that the visitor had access to the Site, used it, even if the visitor was warned about the possibility of such damage and losses.
We do not warrant or represent that the use of the material provided on the Site will not harm the interests of third parties. All rights to the content of the Site belong to Matusovska Angela Viktorivna, used exclusively with the consent of the Copyright Holder.
This Site as a whole and its individual elements are protected by the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights", other acts of the current legislation of Ukraine and international treaties.
When working with the Site, the visitor is not granted any intellectual property rights to the Site itself or to its content or to use any branding elements or logos of the Site.
